  • J.Lo and Cameron Diaz Talk C-Sections and Prosthetic Breasts

When mom-in-real-life Jennifer Lopez and mom-in-the-movie Cameron Diaz get together to talk about their new film "What to Expect When You're Expecting," Wonderwall discovered that the topics aren't quite as glamorous as you might imagine: having and witnessing C-sections, the effects of "baby brain," swollen feet and spreading ribcages, pumped-up biceps and sagging prosthetic breasts.

On their real-life experiences, first- and secondhand, with childbirth:

Jennifer Lopez: "I had a C-section, but my sister gave birth six months later -- we got pregnant around the same time -- and she asked me to be in the delivery room with her and I was, like, 'Wow!' Because I had twins and that was recommended for me to have a C-section, and there was a part of me had thought 'I didn't get to do it the way that everybody else does.' But when I saw my sister pushing that baby out, I was like 'Maybe this was all right! Maybe this was a better out.' So that was an experience."

Cameron Diaz: "I've seen it twice. The first time I watched was my sister, who had a C-section -- my sister was like 'I'm not going to have this baby if you're not in the room!' And I was like 'No, you are going to have this baby no matter what!' So I was in and they were doing a C-section and she was like 'Will you come in with me?' And I was like 'What? WHAT? Why didn't anybody tell me!' I was 24 and I was thinking'?Oh, just go in there,' and there was just like blood everywhere, my sister's guts out on a platter, and the inside, all of her intestines ... It was crazy, dude!"

Lopez: "I don't want all those details, because there was a sheet separating me from all that going on and I didn't have to see it!"

Diaz: "I was looking at it like, 'Oh my God!' But the vaginal delivery was crazy -- no man should ever see it! Never let a man see that. Never."

On the usefulness of the original book, What to Expect When You're Expecting:

Lopez: "I found the book to be so incredibly accurate while I was pregnant, and honestly I just see why everybody has this book and why it's the first thing that you get when you find out that you're pregnant, because it just takes you through everything. It's the type of thing everybody's talked about your whole life, but you know nothing about when it's happening to you. And this book helps you to not freak out?I even remember after reading the book, sitting in my bed with these twins -- and I had a C-section so I was obviously in a lot of pain and I get like this sometimes: 'No painkillers, cause I don't drink, I don't smoke' -- I'm like 'No, I'm not going to take the painkillers.' (Laughs) But I am going crazy from the pain and I want to hold the babies but I can't, because it hurts too much. And so I have this baby nurse helping out and I say to Marc at the time 'The babies don't love me! They don't love me, and they're not going to know me and they're going to love the nurse!' And I start crying and the whole thing. And he's like 'The babies love you, trust me! They don't even know anything yet.' I'm like, 'No, I'm their mother -- I should be holding them!' And I open the book, and it was on this specific day that you get this hormone drop and it's the tenth day and it's called 'The baby blues,' and I was like [counts on her fingers] 'That's happening to me! That's what's happening to me right now!' And it made it so much better, because really you do really feel out of sorts and you don't know what's going on. And so in that sense it's just a great tool book."

On Cameron changing physiques for the movie:

Diaz: "Those were my natural pistolas. It's called consistency: you have to be consistent with fitness, but what was fun about that part was that I love to work out. It's just for me, I love it and it's something that I enjoy doing and I think it's important to take care of your body -- not just for today, but for the rest of your life. I stay fit because I want to be 60 and doing all the things I'm doing now, and so I like to stay strong. Being in one place and being able to train consistently, eat properly, do all that, and then dance for a whole week, it changes your body. All those movements help to make the body a little bit tighter."

On Jennifer's brief moment of pregnancy panic:

Lopez: "I had a real ideal pregnancy. I was on tour until I was six and a half months pregnant and I didn't really blow up until I was like eight and a half months -- with the nose, the whole thing, the ankles and everything -- but I wasn't really scared. I remember having one moment of panic sitting in the living room, just sitting there, and I think it just hit me that I was going to be responsible for two other human beings. And just for one second, just for like 'Boom!' like a wave, and then it went away. But the realization in your subconscious is there, but then it hits you again when they start talking. Like 'Oh my God! I have to control this somehow! You can't do this, you can't do that' But I just had a really great time and I still am. When you have kids, every day they just bring so much joy and happiness to your life. They just bring you right back down to earth."

On bodily changes, both real and via movie magic:

Lopez: "I used to fit into the [designer] sample sizes, that only had to open up the hips a little bit for me, but up here, I was like 'Mmm, just like the models...' But now my ribs opened up a little, and your body does change. [My feet got bigger, too]. I was like 'What am I going to do with all these great shoes?' But it does go back -- almost."

Diaz: "[Matthew Morrison] got to see my prosthetic breasts -- my pregnant breasts -- which were really amazing. I was like 'Wow! Those are awesome!' But then, when they put them on, because it was just the top part in the Atlanta heat, I aged about 40 years by the end of two hours. They were literally hanging down to my hips! They were just drooping down, like they were just melting off my body, and it was really not attractive. I flashed Elizabeth Banks when I first got them, too."

On the popular notion that a woman's brain shrinks by eight percent when she's pregnant:

Lopez: "I was on tour, the song starts and I was like [makes a blank face] 'Anybody know the lyrics to this song?' I totally forgot the lyrics to my own song! And I was like 'This is bad,' but then I was like 'I'm pregnant -- who cares?' And I look back at my band and I'm like 'Anybody?' They didn't know if I was just having a moment, and I was like, 'I really just don't know the words!' You do, you get baby brain."

Diaz: "I definitely should not have a baby then, because I ain't got eight percent brain to spare!"

  • Hollywood's Hottest Bachelorettes
From Jennifer Lawrence to Katy Perry, check out the hottest women on the market in Hollywood.

By Laura Blum. Emily Maynard, ABC's newest "Bachelorette," took to the small screen on May 14 to find her happy ending. As Emily sifts through the eager bachelors hoping to win her affections, we round up the Hollywood single ladies who deserve to find their Prince Charmings. Click through and decide which of these bachelorettes are girlfriend material.Jennifer LawrenceAs Katniss Everdeen, Lawrence proved she can kick serious butt. If you think you can keep up with the "Hunger Games" hottie, be warned: She's currently dating British actor Nicholas Hoult. Still, since she's 21 years old, we doubt she's settling down.

Mila Kunis. Mila Kunis speaks Russian fluently, plays "World of Warcraft" and is funny enough for "Family Guy." Plus, who can forget her steamy "Black Swan" sex scene with Natalie Portman? Ditzy Jackie Burkhart she definitely is not.

Taylor Swift. Who wouldn't want to giggle over a shared ice cream sundae with Taylor Swift? As long as you're OK with having your personal life turned into a country-pop ballad, this Southern sweetheart is a catch.RELATED: Taylor's best red carpet looks

Rihanna. You'd never have a dull moment dating this Barbadian beauty. The award-winning artist -- who was Esquire's sexiest woman alive for 2011 -- is making her silver screen debut in May 2012, so her super star won't be burning out anytime soon.RELATED: Riri's fashion-forward hairstyles

Heidi Klum. After seven years of marriage, Heidi recently split with singer Seal, and we think it's time the supermodel dips her toe back in the dating game.

Katy Perry. She might be a little too wild for Russell Brand, but this California girl could show you how to have some fun.

January Jones. Betty Draper may not be an ideal wife on "Mad Men," but January Jones has considerably more class. The single mom balances her career and personal life with discretion -- she's somehow even managed to keep her baby's dad a secret.

Eva Longoria. Not only is the "Desperate Housewives" star a Golden Globe-nominated actress, but she also published a cookbook, released her own perfume and is a co-chair of Barack Obama's California re-election campaign.

Zoe Saldana. How many actresses can make blue paint and a tail sexy? Zoe Saldana did it with poise in "Avatar," and who wouldn't want the Na'vi princess for a girlfriend?

Lily Collins. Phil Collins' adorable daughter is one of Hollywood's brightest rising stars. But if you're swooning over Lily, you'd better be ready for some tough competition! After starring with Taylor Lautner in "Abduction" the two had a brief romance, and on Valentine's Day 2012 she was spotted out for dinner with Zac Efron.

Cameron Diaz. Cameron Diaz may be a little intimidating. Not only is she an A-list actress and in killer shape -- just look at those arms -- but she also counts Justin Timberlake and New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez among her illustrious exes.

Jennie Garth. The newly single mother of three is set to star in her own reality show this year, "Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country," so if you're itching for an on-screen love affair, look no further.RELATED: "Beverly Hills, 90210": Where are they now?

Charlize Theron. The South African bombshell won an Oscar for playing a serial killer in the 2003 thriller "Monster," but don't let the performance throw you off. She's just committed to her craft!

Sandra Bullock. Sandy is America's sweetheart, and after her disastrous split with Jesse James, we think she deserves someone equally special.

Kelly Osbourne. Ozzy's little girl has shed her fam's heavy metal darkness and grown up into a graceful young lady. Although she may be cute as a button, when it comes to style, Kelly's still got a sharp tongue.RELATED: Kelly's fashion hits and misses

Lady Gaga. She's an international superstar and has just about the most eccentric style in the business. Lady Gaga isn't for the faint of heart, but if you like a strong woman, she's your girl.

Dakota Fanning. Unlike countless other celebs who've grown up in the public eye, Dakota's done so while staying out of trouble. She was a cheerleader and homecoming queen in high school, so she's about as all-American as you can get.

Zooey Deschanel. The bubbly "New Girl" star is cute and quirky, plus she can carry a tune. She's best friends with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, though, so the easily jealous need not apply.

Jennifer Love Hewitt. Jennifer Love Hewitt may have a best-selling book's worth of relationship advice to give, but the self-proclaimed "Love-aholic" is still searching for her soul mate.

  • Romance Report for May 17
'Glee' lovebirds Lea Michele and Cory Monteith pucker up in public; plus, Ryan and Eva, Kimye and more romance news ...

Lea and Cory Tongue Wrestle at Hockey Game. A chilly arena didn't cool down the PDA between Lea Michele and Cory Monteith on Wednesday night. While taking in a New York Rangers playoff game at Madison Square Garden, the "Glee" co-stars engaged in a riveting game of tonsil hockey as they puckered up in the stands. Earlier in the day, Lea, 25, and Cory, 30, strolled hand in hand around Manhattan, with the former snapped gazing up adoringly at the latter. The erstwhile Rachel and Finn, who were in New York this week for the FOX upfront presentation of the musical's fourth season, reportedly began dating earlier this year, not long after the actress split from boyfriend Theo Stockman. RELATED: Is anyone leaving 'Glee'?

Ryan and Eva Going the Distance?. Last week, a collective sigh went up when Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes were photographed clasping hands while walking around New York (left). But for those who wished it were their fingers entangled with the actor's, take heart, because Us Weekly believes some drama is afoot in the duo's eight-month romance. Seems the actress, 38, was bitten by the domestic bug while shacking up with Gosling, 31, this spring in Thailand, where he was shooting "Only God Forgives." A friend tells the mag that Mendes developed a taste for cooking, even though "this was a girl who once couldn't make pasta!" Alas, once the pair returned to Los Angeles, things became "complicated," continues the blabby pal. Gosling supposedly "grew distant" and Eva called him out on it."He says he wants to slow down and not live with her yet," alleges the source. "But he doesn't want to lose her."(Imagined conversation: "Hey, girl, let's just see where this crazy ride called life takes us. Now give me your hand and let's cuddle.")Mendes, for her part, has danced around the Gosling subject while promoting her new film, "Girl in Progress.""I'm feeling a little insecure because I can't help but be super-conscious of what I'm saying because I'm so protective," she recently told USA Today. "That's the most precious thing to me. And I'm so protective and I just felt my guard go up."

Kimye Keep Close in London. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expanding their global reach. This week, the camera-friendly couple's business interests conveniently converged in London, with Kim in town to promote her perfume and Yeezy set for a five-night gig with Jay-Z.On Wednesday night, Kimye hit local restaurant Zuma with her brother, Rob, and his new squeeze, singer Rita Ora, who just happens to be signed to Jay-Z's record label. Oh, and guess who else was at the restaurant? Yep, Jay himself.Kim and Rita "seemed to really get on well together," a spy tells Us Weekly. "They were chatting constantly and laughing together. Kim was in a really good mood!"At the end of the meal, Kanye "gave Kim a lovely tender kiss on the lips," pipes in the eyewitness. "They're cute together!"And seemingly inseparable. On Thursday, West tagged along as Kardashian did interviews at BBC Radio 1 and joined her at the FiFi fragrance awards, although she flew solo while shilling her True Reflection perfume on the red carpet. But the tabloids are still trying to stir up trouble. The latest issue of In Touch trumpets, "Hollywood Turns on Kim," which isn't, as we initially suspected, about her fame-activated libido. Instead, it's how she apparently "doesn't have a friend in the world," all because she didn't attend the Met Gala with Kanye, a no-show that may or may not have been at the order of Vogue overload Anna Wintour.According to the tab, onetime Kim pals such as Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria are "keeping their distance" over the fallout from her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries."She's always wanted to surround herself with famous people," sniffs a source, "but they don't want anything to do with her anymore."

  • Kesha Uses Eyeliner Pencil as Lipstick

With several new makeup launches happening per year, the cosmetic industry boasts a roster of every lipstick color and formula under the rainbow. But as Kesha demonstrated at the BMI Pop Music Awards Tuesday, her perfect lip color could only be achieved with an electric purple eyeliner pencil.

"Puttin eyeliner on my lips. No big deal y'all," the "Blow" singer, 24, tweeted along with the pic above, which shows off her fashion-forward nail art.

PHOTOS: Celebrity manicures to copy now

But in actuality, using a product formulated for eyes on lips -- where the wearer is bound to ingest it -- is a big deal. According to a report released last year, the average lipstick-wearing woman manages to consume an estimated five pounds of lipstick per year.

The MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) form for Cover Girl's Liquiline Blast Eyeliner (which Kesha appears to be applying in their Violet Voltage hue) warns that "accidental ingestion of undiluted product may cause mild gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea," which proves that while the formula is safe to use on eyes, Kesha's off-brand use of the product on her lips is a risky move.

    PHOTOS: Hollywood's biggest beauty blunders

Getting dangerous with her makeup isn't the only beauty dare with which the singer has experimented. In February, the glitter-obsessed star glued more than 25 gold studs to a shaved patch on her head.

"It's happening," she shared in a Twitter caption. "I look like a homeless clown right now."

  • Jenny McCarthy to Pose Nude for Playboy Again

Before she turns 40 this November, Jenny McCarthy will be posing nude for Playboy one more time!

A rep for the legendary men's magazine confirms to Us Weekly that McCarthy will appear on the cover of Playboy's July/August double issue -- with a nude pictorial inside.

    PHOTOS: Playboy's sexiest celebrity models

In 2009, McCarthy, who was the 1993 Playmate of the Year, said she'd want to pose in Playboy one more time before she turned 40.

"I would absolutely pose for Playboy," the model and actress said (via Toronto Sun). "I would be so flattered if they asked me. It's probably not going to happen but I think I want to do it again."

PHOTOS: Jenny's 10 best bikini moments

On April 11, McCarthy chatted with Us about her son Evan's first visit to the Playboy Mansion for an Easter Bunny hunt. The mother of one said she lost Evan for "probably 45 minutes" and found him hanging out in the infamous Grotto.

"I'm like, Oh. My. God! He's 9!" she exclaimed. "So you can imagine, if Hef's parties are still going on in a few years, I'm in trouble!"

  • Channing Tatum: Even Straight Guys Should See Joe Manganiello Naked

Channing Tatum hopes to see "Magic Mike" reach the broadest audience possible -- heterosexual men included.

The film, loosely based on his own experiences as an exotic dancer, features Tatum, 32, Matthew McConaughey, 42, Alex Pettyfer, 22, Matt Bomer, 34, Joe Manganiello, 35, and Adam Rodriguez, 27, in various states of undress.

"With Joe Manganiello naked in a movie, I think even straight guys are going to be, 'S---, I need to see that,'" Tatum tells OUT's June-July issue. "That man is a specimen."

    PHOTOS:Joe Manganiello's hottest shirtless shots

But Tatum knows that getting straight male moviegoers to see "Magic Mike" is likely a long shot. "It's risky. People say that women and the gay community will go see it, knock on wood, but I know straight guys won't be like, 'Yo, what's up, man? You wanna go see the stripping movie after the game tonight?' I doubt they'll have the balls to see it."

VIDEO:Channing Tatum performs a sexy striptease

Adds Tatum, "What's funny is that the girls don't ask me questions about my stripping days, but straight guys want to know everything. It's that fantasy element. It's probably why a lot of females on Halloween are the whorey version of a ketchup bottle, or slutty nurse, which I love and respect: It's liberating."

When asked about his days as a stripper in Tampa, Fla., Tatum, who wed Jenna Dewan in 2009, admits that he "never enjoyed the taking-the-clothes-off part."

"You are on a stage with people yelling at you, and you feel you're a rock star, but you're nothing, you're just a guy taking off his clothes, looking like a fool in a stupid outfit."

    PHOTOS:Channing Tatum's sexy body

For Tatum, "Magic Mike" not only gave him the chance to revisit his past, it provided the opportunity to move away from tearjerkers like "Dear John" and "The Vow."

VIDEO:Joe Manganiello tells Us how he stays in shape

"I was definitely looking for something to take me into the dark side," he tells OUT. "You learn something about yourself, you learn about men, women, you see a lot of depressing s---, people that are lost. But at the same time, the dark side can be exciting. It can feel like you're cheating death every night."

"Magic Mike" arrives in theaters June 29.

  • Ack! Nicole Scherzinger Nearly Has Wardrobe Malfunction With Thigh-High Slit Dress

Nicole Scherzinger learned a very important style lesson Wednesday night: leave the dramatic slit dresses to Angelina Jolie's right leg.

Attending the U.K. premiere of Men in Black 3, Scherzinger wore a strapless, black Cengiz Abazoglu Haute Couture gown boasting a risque, thigh-high slit--and had to be careful to cover up when a gust of wind nearly caused an humiliating wardrobe malfunction. (Though she was mocked for her over-the-top red carpet pose, Jolie stunned in a velvet Atelier Versace gown with a similarly high slit at the Academy Awards in February).

PHOTOS: Best and worst Oscars looks

The former X-Factor judge--who appears in Men in Black's third installment alongside Will Smith, Josh Brolin, and Tommy Lee Jones--was accompanied by her on-again beau Lewis Hamilton.

Scherzinger, 33, and her Formula One star beau split ways at the end of 2011; soon after, the Pussycat Dolls frontwoman confessed to The Mirror that she still had feelings for her ex.

"I still love him," she revealed. "It's all very recent and it's hard for me to talk about."

PHOTOS: Take a look back at new X-Factor judge Britney Spears' wildest moments

Just before Valentine's Day, however, the pair reunited and have been going strong ever since.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, the singer explained she feels good about where she is with Hamilton, 27, whom she first met in 2007.

Currently single, Womack -- who is set to open a new bar in Houston -- didn't reflect too fondly on his former fiancee, who had to return the three-carat Neil Lane sparkler Womack presented to her after they broke off their engagement.

"I think I dodged a bullet with that relationship," Womack said of his courtship with single mom Maynard, 26.

Maynard wasn't impressed with her ex's on-camera antics, tweeting to former Bachelor contestant Ashley Spivey Thursday: "I'm sure they accidentally cut off the part where he said it was a diamond encrusted bullet of course!"
